Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Cloudnode Core programme fees confirmed by invoice. Free previews, downloadable samples offered without charge, and informational browsing of this website are not refundable items.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not downloaded more than one practice pack and have not attended a live critique session. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of programme fees paid for the enrolment in question. Partial refunds of 50% may be granted if you cancel after accessing materials but before the midpoint of a live cohort, at our reasonable discretion based on seat costs already incurred.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licences, custom onsite facilitation travel already booked at your request, and completed one-to-one mentor hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@cloudnode-core.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We may ask for the email used at enrolment. Phone support is available at 07-224-8989 during business hours.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds inside Malaysia may require an additional 3 business days after approval.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future cohort seat and transfer once to a later cohort at no charge if notice is given at least 5 business days before the first session. Later cancellations follow the refund rules above.

Exceptions

If Cloudnode Core cancels a programme, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another cohort. Medical or bereavement exceptions may be considered with documentation; decisions are made case by case.
